1. Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Mistica World ships to most addresses. We are currently unable to ship to Syria, Libya and Iraq. We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes/APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
2. Refund Policy
Returns:
You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at hello@misticaworld.com.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@misticaworld.com.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
